La Costa is a 101 Villa development project overlooking Playa Hermosa in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

It was the first stand-alone villa project in Costa Rica to incorporate private plunge pools and hotel services within a destination resort environment.

It pioneered hillside development on slopes previously considered too extreme for economic development. The design provided every villa with unobstructed ocean views.

Design and construction utilized all native materials and focused on indigenous artisan skills.
