Mike Ryan can trace the roots of his success to a lifetime in a family of developers. He learned about the construction world early in life and applied his education quickly. At 14, Mike had formed his own construction company during summer break, hiring friends to work on simple projects such as house painting and repairs.

After the success achieved by The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Mike Ryan went on to develop ground-breaking projects in Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, London, and Asia. In 2014, Mike Ryan partnered with Cayman Islands’ real estate developer Dale Crighton to build FIN Grand Cayman, a cutting-edge private residential development.
